That EW story is excellent:

Brown’s crew apparently sent Drake’s party a bottle of champagne (foreshadowing!) and a handwritten note while at the club. The imaginative folks at The Sun think the note might’ve said, “I’m f****** the love of your life, deal with it,” but that’s wildly unconfirmed and probably too silly to be true.

Someone hitting Chris Brown has put a lovely end to a crappy day. Team Drake all the way, no matter who started the stupid fight!

Kim & Kanye sued for Al-Qaeda links.
Yes, really. It's a good story. He encountered an Al-Qaeda training camp where they performed, shot guns, and stomped on the American flag.

As crazy as this is, I'm waiting for some kind of entertaining response from either of them.

“On 6/17/2012 I was in West Virginia, deep in the hills and I stumbled upon the defendants who were all at a Al-Qaeda secret training camp,” Riches wrote.

OK!

Though...maybe Kanye just wanted Al-Qaeda to hook him up with a simple persian rug with cherub imagery (uuuuugh). That angle should not go unexplored!

I'd buy Kim as a terrorist long before I would believe that she was digging coal for weapons in a West Virginia mountain. Also maybe this guy should stop going to theme parks if he's had assasination attempts at both Disney World and Busch Gardens.

Because when you think of Al-Qaeda, you think of West Virginia.

Wow, I didn't even read the attachment from the actual lawsuit. It is a goldmine of run-on sentences and wtf:
I BARELY ESCAPED BECAUSE ... KIM KARDASHIAN LAUNCHED A ROCKET AT ME, BRUCE JENNER THROUGH A GRENADE AT MY HEAD AND KHLOE KARDASHIAN TRIED TO BEHEAD ME.

Also Khloe has been CHEATING ON LAMAR WITH ZACARIAS MOUSSOUI AS PRISON PEN PALS. I have to admit, if their reality show had all this stuff I would watch it.

Is it wrong that I kind of assumed most dudes are jacking it in a porno theater?

I kind of assumed they only still existed FOR the dudes who want to jerk off in a public place.

EXACTLY. I think it always has been too, not just because the internet and Rudy Guiliani supplanted it.

The vice cops saw him and now he's charged with a misdemeanor. For masturbating. In a porno theater.

The twitter responses have been, predictably, hilarious. My favourite:
Fred Willard was arrested for masturbating in a movie theater. That is the best review of "The Dark Knight Rises" so far.

One of my favorite comedic actors. I sincerely hope that this doesn't affect his career in the same manner that it affected the career of Paul Reubens.

Looks like it might.

Ok, I certainly find this distasteful, and will readily take the non-controversial stand that people should wait until they get home to jerk off. But really, there were no kids there, and he wasn't hurting anyone. And I'm POSITIVE the theater was full of men doing the same thing.

Yeah, when Roman Polanski still has a career, it seems more than a bit ridiculous.

I mean, I don't want to deal with people jerking off in public places, but that's why I don't go to the porno theatre. Well, there are other reasons (I'm not interested, for starters) but it's like--what, the other dudes who were waiting until they got home were offended? Does the type of guy who leaves the house to watch porn actually give a crap if someone in another row is jerking off?

According to the NYT blog post I linked, it wasn't even that anybody complained -- the LAPD vice officers were just doing a routine run through of the theater. And really, why even bother?

This whole thing smacks of police arresting someone to up their numbers and get publicity for their department.

This whole thing reminds me of Doug Stanhope's brilliant bit about vice cops ("A vice cop's only job is to fuck up the party!")

I think this is such a waste of police resources. What do they think people do at a porn theater? I doubt anyone there is going to offended.
