Tintin
I unexpe3ctedly went to the movie with some friends last night. I never cared for the comic or cartoon. Afterwards I was wondering why Crystal Skull couldn't have been that good.

Re: Tintin
We watched Tin Tin on Saturday night and loved it. We didn't see it in 3D, but to be honest, I don't think we needed to. The animation was fantastic, some of the best we've ever seen. My husband grew up watching the French cartoon and reading the French comic books and he absolutely loved it. He said the characters were pretty much spot on (with some small adjustments to make Captain Haddock a bit more amusing apparently) and the story (which I didn't realise was a story from one of the comics or cartoons) was really well done.
It was just a really, really good film and I really recommend it.
