The only down-side to me breaking up with Kevin Smith is that I never get to hear Jon Lovitz on any of the podcasts anymore. The first time Jon appeared on Hollywood Babble-On (subbing for Kevin), he completely and utterly stole the show from Ralph Garman. It was a thing of beauty. Ralph was so used to Kevin just sitting there, lobbing him softballs, whereas Jon made him work for every single laugh.

Saw The Hobbit today, and was reminded how massively I crush on Hugo Weaving playing Elrond. And also playing V. But mostly Elrond. The clothes! The digs! The voice! The wisdom! The angsty backstory!

What about a few hundred million Agent Smiths? Or is that just proof that there can be too much of a good thing?

When he first appeared on screen, I thought, "Ah, Agent Elrond.... Excellent!"

Is that unusual? Hugo Weaving is awesomely sexy - I can't quite put my finger on it. Oh yes, it's the voice. Definitely the voice.

Even in drag in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, Hugo Weaving brought the sexy.

Hugo is the only reason I sat through the first Matrix movie. I couldn't quite bring myself to watch the others, but Agent Smith worked for me. Yes, indeed.

I'm starting to develop quite a crush on Jordan Peele from Key and Peele, which is not that unusual because funny = attractive, but what IS unusual is that it was his performance in this sketch that really started the crush. Not that I find that particular character sexy but it made me think HE was sexy.

That clip was hilarious. I don't normally like sketch comedy, but I might have to start watching Key & Peele now.

I'm really getting into that show too. I watched a bunch of episodes on demand not long ago. And I agree, he's weirdly hot in that sketch. They are both hilarious.

Occasionally I'll watch all of the Anger Translator sketches in a row. It always brightens my day.

Yeah, I'm a Keegan Michael Key girl myself, so tall, so funny, from Detroit. If you like Jordan, he has a good and very funny part in Wanderlust.

I think Keegan Michael Key is hot, too, but since he's so tall and handsome in a more immediately apparent way, I thought the Jordan Peele crush was the more unusual of the two :)

I did mention to a straight male friend of mine, "Is it me or is Peele strangely attractive when he's in drag?" and he immediately said, "No, you're right. He's got it going on. It's so weird." So after that, and reading this thread, it's good to know I'm not alone!

I remember someone mentioning Ken Marino, which I get. He's like Amy Proeheler in that they're normally good looking but have dorked themselves up for comedy so much it's obscured that fact.

Anyway watch Burning love if you like him. And I won't feel so guilty about ogling Janet Varney.

I've thought Ken Marino was cute since I watched The State as a kid. I don't know why my sisters and I watched that show, but we found it uproarious, though we were clearly nowhere near it's target demographic.

I've only ever seen the ads for Burning Love, but it looks really funny. And I think Ken Marino is cute too. He also has an Australian doppelganger.

Umm, possibly because The State was the best? DUH. Heh.
I always identify Ken Marino as the "I wanna dip my balls in it" guy when my husband asks, "who's that guy again?"
