FF really wasn't as bad as I expected. Then again, it's talked about as a total trainwreck, so there were close to no expectations going into it. Chris was adorably cocky as Johnny Storm, and Ioan Gruffudd wasn't too hard on the eyes as Reed.

Chris Evans and Michael Chiklis are the best things about the Fantastic Four movies and make them watchable. Their bromance in the second one is especially fun. Everything else, meh.

There's a montage in the first one of the FF under quarantine, and it includes a sequence of the Thing sleeping and Johnny Storm filling his hand with shaving cream and then tickling his nose. Utterly stupid, utterly juvenile-- and Evans just sold it so well that I laughed my head off. Best thirty seconds of the whole movie, by a very large margin. And yeah, those two really are the best thing about the FF movies.

Awesome. But the best part of that clip was the rankings - Candice Bergen at "1-0" cracks me up.

He cracks me up. During his recent round of interviews alongside Chris Hemsworth, I think they were asking what the after credits scene would be, and he said 'shower scene' and started improvising the director goading them into it.

I love him.

I saw The Avengers again, and I have to say, I'm even more impressed with Chris Evans' performance after having watched a few of his interviews. I mean, I see RDJ in Tony Stark, and Ruffalo in Bruce Banner, etc.. But IRL Chris Evans is SO not Steve Rogers - it's kind of startling.

Well, now this story about Chris Evans meeting up with a five-year-old Captain America fan -- complete with cameo from Mom Of Chris Evans -- is adorable.

Mom of Chris Evans is freaking adorable. I've seen that picture of Tom Hiddleston with the little guy all over the place, it's really cute to hear the whole story!

Mom of Chris Evans is kind of my favorite. There's so much awesomeness in the whole story though. I'd seen the pictures too and assumed that the kid had come specifically to see the Avengers, because he had the shield with him. Knowing that he actually had it because he carried it everywhere is THE CUTEST. The grip and the security guard sneaking the mom & kid onto the set is also awfully sweet.

I remember Mama Evans from when she played Mama Fish on One Life to Live, opposite Scott Evans as Oliver Fish (Fish! I loved that guy). The Whole Family Evans is pretty cool.

I loved the exchange between him and Tom Hiddleston:

Tom: Good lord!
Chris: I'm scared too...

Clark Gregg also had a funny comment: "I love this guy almost as much as Coulson loves Cap. Almost."

I also think it's adorable that he's following Octavia Spencer.

I found it, Snowpiercer. What an eclectic cast: Chris Evans, Freddie from Skins, Octavia, Tilda, Song Kang-Ho (major Korean actor) etc etc. And it's being directed by this Korean director I like. I'll have to see it.

This might be my my favorite interview ever, he's so snarky and sarcastic in it.

I saw today that he and Doug Benson are following one another, and I hope that means he will eventually do Doug Loves Movies as there's been talk about for a while.
