I realize Will Arnett could not care less how I feel about his relationships, but I am so disappointed in him. She's so...blah.  There's no THERE there. When I told my husband last night, he said, "...her?"

I think both he and Amy should follow Tina Fey's lead and find someone who is showbiz-adjacent, and thus can understand the life and its constraints, but is not actively pursuing fame for him/herself.

Well, shes with Nick Kroll...who...lookswise is...no Arnett...BUT, he is really funny, so shes doing alright.

Maybe this is just a rebound. Or not that seriousl. Like I said I don't like Katie Lee at all but we all have that post break up random break up.

I feel like... your first big thing after your marriage dissolves probably SHOULD be with someone unchallenging. Right? Maybe?

After listening to Kroll on How Did This Get Made?, he seems like a sexist asshat. Katie Lee seems kind of bland, but as far as I know not a jerk. Bland wins over jerk for me any day.

Yeah I think jumping into a serious relationship after a serious relationship is not a good idea.

I thought they had an open marriage and lived apart anyway, or did I remember it wrong? I thought he lived in London and she lived in Paris and in interviews they were all "it's fine, we don't need to be together to be together."

I don't think it was open so much as she said she didn't hold it against him if he had sex with someone else if they didn't see each other for two months, that they valued their partnership over passion.

I mean even if it was open that doesn't mean they didn't have other problems with the partnership aspect.

And CZJ and Michael Douglas are supposedly separating.

Regarding CZJ and Michael Douglas I'm pretty sure she came out with being bipolar a few years ago and probably had privately been struggling about it for years. It seems unfair to accuse him of dumping her for that, since it appears to be a mutual separation.

I want the Katie/Jamie thing to be true too, but those pictures and that video are not convincing in the least. Also, since when were Tom and Jamie "best friends?" I know they were in Collateral together, but I don't remember some great bromance afterward.

They played up the BFF angle hard when they were promoting Collateral and some time after. I remember there being speculation that Tom was maybe trying to recruit an African-American star to embrace the CoS to bolster its stature/profile with black people, but Jamie was eventually weirded out and Tom ended up landing the Smiths through his other Collateral co-star Jada.

They promoted Collateral together, and while TC might have been trying to recruit Foxx, I don't think Foxx was having it. He made a couple (mostly kindly) remarks about Tom Cruise being kind of weird after the promotional period.

Oh yeah, the Collateral phase.  I remember TC gave a huge donation to the Scienos in JF's name and JF was like, "Yeah, that wasn't from me, cut the shit."  The weird quote was something about how OTT TC's reactions to stuff would be. JF would actually get uncomfortable because of how intense and overdone TC was about everything.

Seems he's made some sort of Scieno level that makes him believe he's evolved above us regular folk.

I don't know, I've said shit like that. Granted I was stoned, and I had just watched the movie Pi... so I don't know.

The evidence is thin, and I really think they're just friends who were hanging out at a concert, but if Laura Carmichael and Benedict Cumberbatch could become a thing that would make me REALLY happy. If no other reason than to see just how badly the internets and the minds of the Cumberbitches explode.
