I lost power midway through the second period and it was still out when I left for work.  I had to follow the game on WGN radio and thank God John Weideman is very good at his job.  I was jumping up and down and pacing my hallway during those last two minutes and I thought I was listening to a replay when that third goal was scored. Then I realized it was the second goal in 17 seconds and the longest 58.3 seconds of my life began.  I would not have been surprised if Boston had tied it up.

The next time two teams so evenly matched face off in the Final, I hope I don't have a vested interest because I feel like I've aged a decade over this series.

As a die hard fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, those last two minutes were everything I could have hoped for. That shizz was CRAZY.

In all my 28 years on this planet, I never could have foreseen myself becoming a sports fan. I'm officially into hockey. I don't have most of the rules down yet, but watching Kings games on TV is definitely an easy way to get acquainted with violations and penalties.
