Seems Lindsay may have accidentally brushed the manager of a club with her car while trying to flee the paparazzi last night. I have an idea - stay home. Even if she is sober, hanging out at clubs is not helping her rebuild her reputatation. Also get a driver.

It seems she was going to a friend's birthday party but left as soon as she saw how many photographers were there. Then she grazed the manager in his car.

The manager in the story seems super shady, waving off medical attention and filing charges until he found out who she was.

This is an odd one. Woman accuses Lindsay of assaulting her. Lindsay denies she was there, there are no other witness or footage. Woman's lawyer claims Lindsay is a liar and brings up her past.

If she wasn't there, she wasn't there, and no amount of name-calling will change that. It looks to me, based on this lack of evidence, that it's a scam of some kind. But why?

Money? Not that Lindsay has any, but I'm sure that won't stop people.

She's an easy target, certainly. But there are easy targets with money out there. Strange.

This woman may be ignorant enough not to know that Lindsay does not have money -- I think a lot of people out there equate celebrity with having lots of money.

Apparently, there was footage of Lindsay at The Standard the night of the alleged assault.

And...a second altercation, same club, different night. And this time her dad was with her. Family bonding, Lohan style.

Michael Lohan appeared on "TMZ Live" yesterday and adamantly denied his daughter chucked any beverage that night...claiming it was Lindsay who was the real victim and the recipient of the liquid projectile.

According to US Weekly and hinted at by Dot-Marie Jones Twitter, Lindsay is being a diva on the Glee set.

Freaking idiot! You finally get a break on a major TV show and you (supposedly) show up 6 hours late AND demand a bigger trailer. Looks like she's back to burning bridges.

Lindsay is deluded, and still thinks she's a major movie star who is doing Glee a favor by appearing on their show. And no one in her life is going to tell her otherwise.

I still remember her getting booted off that show and people trying to explain it away that America Ferrera is just a bitch who had it in for her. To which I mostly felt, "So?" The show's named after her. Suck it up and deal.

I feel like neither Lindsay nor her fans have quite grasped that EVERYONE gets the benefit of the doubt before her now. And that's not unfair. That's the hole she's dug for herself. So yup, even sketchy reports about lateness and passive aggressive tweets are enough to condemn her now.

But I do find it interesting that the Glee team hasn't risen to her defense yet. No statement from Ryan Murphy assuring everyone this is totally fabricated. No word from Fox. This happened on Wednesday. Even if they jump in at some point and deny it, that they let the story sit out there for 2 days is pretty damning evidence.

She is clearly taking her career cues from Neely O'Hara: The Middle of Valley of the Dolls.

What I want to know is why in the hell she was invited to tonight's White House Correspondents' Dinner? I honestly don't get why people keep indulging her or whatever. I don't wish ill on her...I just want her to GO AWAY.

She and Kim Kardashian were invited by Fox News. I'm sure this is their classy way of paying tribute to Obama.
